CUSTOMS & TAXES
Within the European Union: no customs or additional taxes. Displayed prices include French VAT.
Outside the EU (United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States, etc.): customs duties and local taxes are the recipient's responsibility per local regulations. The carrier will notify you upon delivery if applicable.
DELIVERY ISSUES?
My parcel hasn't arrived
If your parcel is delayed (beyond the times above), contact us at caniballcc@gmail.com with your order number. We'll launch an investigation with the carrier. In case of confirmed loss, we re-ship your order free of charge.
My parcel arrived damaged
Refuse delivery if the parcel is visibly damaged, and contact us immediately. If you accept the delivery and the contents are damaged, send us photos within 7 days at caniballcc@gmail.com — we replace or refund.
Wrong address
Double-check your address before validating. If you realize a mistake within 2 hours of placing the order, contact us immediately — we can still modify. After that, your order is in production and the address can no longer change (but we may be able to redirect if not yet shipped).
