ORDERS & PAYMENT
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payments are secured via Shopify Payments.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, the order is sent into production with our partner Printful and can no longer be modified. Contact us immediately at caniballcc@gmail.com if needed.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, automatically by email upon order confirmation.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship from?
All our pieces are printed and shipped from Riga, Latvia (European Union). That means no customs for France and Europe, and a reasonable lead time.
What are the delivery times?
- Europe (France included): 5 to 10 business days
- Outside Europe (US, Canada, Australia, Asia): 10 to 20 business days
These times include 3-5 days of production (each piece is printed when ordered) + shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
- France: from €3.99 (standard delivery)
- Rest of Europe: from €5.99
- Worldwide: from €9.99
- Free shipping from €60 (all countries)
How do I track my order?
You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is shipped. The link lets you follow delivery in real time.
SIZES & PRODUCTS
How do I choose my size?
Each product page contains a size guide with measurements in cm (width, length, sleeves). If in doubt between two sizes, go up — our cuts are unisex regular fit, not slim.
Are your products unisex?
Yes. All our pieces are cut unisex in regular fit. Refer to the size guide rather than gender to choose.
What's the quality of materials?
All our pieces are premium combed organic cotton (240-275 gsm for tees, 275-350 gsm for hoodies). Garment-washed for softness, premium finishes. Built to last.
Do your products shrink in the wash?
Like all natural cotton, slight pre-shrinkage (2-3%) may happen on the first wash. Machine wash at 30°C max, inside out, and lay flat or hang to dry. No tumble dryer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is unworn, unwashed, and tags intact. Return shipping costs are on you unless the product is defective.
How do I exchange a size?
Email us at caniballcc@gmail.com with your order number and the new size you want. Subject to stock availability.
What if my product is defective or damaged?
Send us an email within 7 days of receipt at caniballcc@gmail.com with photos. We handle the replacement or refund, return shipping on us.
How long for a refund?
Once your return is received and validated, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days on your original payment method.
THE BRAND
Why "CANNIBAL CC"?
CANNIBAL is the nickname the Belgian press gave to Eddy Merckx in 1969, the year he devoured the cycling season (Tour de France, Giro, Liège-Bastogne-Liège, Milan-San Remo). It's a tribute to that state of mind — riding as if you want to swallow the road.
CC means Cycling Club, a code cyclists worldwide recognize.
How does your "made to order" model work?
We don't stock products. Each piece is printed specifically for you when you order, by our partner Printful in Latvia. It's slower than shipping from stock — but it's zero waste, zero overproduction, and each piece is crafted for you.
When's the next drop?
